Shipping Policy

Once your custom design is completed and approved, it will be dispatched within 3–5 working days using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Service.

Postage Cost: £3.50 per item.
Faster Shipping: If you require quicker delivery, please get in touch before ordering to discuss options.

Send-In Service
If you are sending in your own knitwear to be customised:

You are responsible for covering the postage cost to send the item to us.
We will cover the cost of returning your finished item back to you.
If you’d like to use this service, please contact us for details on how and where to post your item.

We always do our best to ensure your item is posted safely and securely, with tracking provided for peace of mind.

Returns Policy

All of our items are handmade, bespoke, and created to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Please note:

Sizing is approximate due to the handmade nature of each piece.
If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to ask for or check measurements before purchasing.
Minor variations or imperfections are part of the charm of a handmade item and are not considered faults.

FAQ's

How should I care for my knitwear?
We recommend hand washing only to keep your knitwear in the best condition. If you do choose to machine wash, please use a low heat and delicate setting. After washing, hang dry only. Once dry, gently press down on appliqués and writing to prevent them from curling.
Please note: we are not responsible for any loose stitching or damage that may occur as a result of machine washing.

How does sizing work?
Our knitwear sizing is based on the knitting patterns we use. This means that sizes are approximate and may vary slightly between designs. If you are unsure about sizing or would like exact measurements for a specific item, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll be happy to provide details.

How long will my knit take?
If you’re ordering a custom knit, we will agree on a timescale during your first consultation. If your design requires a new cardigan that isn’t already in stock, please allow 3–4 weeks for it to be made before shipping.
